Taking the Right Action (Evacuation Training) - CBT30

This training course is for managers, health and safety staff, supervisors, care workers, hotel staff, fire officers and anyone who may be involved in an evacuation from a commercial premises or public building.

In many situations it is vital to maintain order and to prevent panic. You will find out about the legislation and different procedures applicable to patient areas and non-patient areas in hospitals; dealing with guests in hotels; and managing the evacuation of public places.

You will be able to:
